Overview

Image2Excel is a browser-first tool for converting table images into editable spreadsheet previews. The basic converter is designed to process files in your browser session.

Uploaded Images

For the free image-to-Excel flow, uploaded images are used to create an editable preview in your current browser session. We do not use the MVP flow to store uploaded images in a permanent file library.

Usage Data

We may collect basic analytics events such as upload started, preview shown, CSV export, XLSX export, and conversion failure. These events help us understand which tool pages work and where conversion quality needs improvement.

Personal Information

The basic converter does not require an account. If we later add contact forms, batch conversion, API access, or paid features, we may collect the information needed to provide those services.

Third-Party Services

We may use analytics providers to measure site performance and search traffic. If server-side OCR or storage is added later, this policy will be updated before those features become part of the public flow.
